The printing was done by Alpha Graphics on 28# punched paper for a cost of $522.94 ($6.00 per book). TGAA purchased 75 copies for the current and future membership. The new TGAA Picture Membership Directory notebooks were distributed. Notebooks will be given to new members. Kathy Barnett made a motion to take money to pay for the book from the dues for membership. If not book is needed, the money goes back to TGAA. Tina Bush seconded and the motion passed. APRIL 2011 MEETING MINUTES The meeting was called to order by Phylis Vaughn, President.  Four visitors were in attendance for the meeting.  A motion was made and passed to accept the March minutes.  The upcoming Spring Arts Goggle will be held at Quarles again this year.  Refreshments for the goggle will consist of wine and water only, no food items.  After discussion to present a $100.00 gift certificate to Jeff, salesperson from Quarles, was discussed, a motion was made, seconded, and passed to do so.  Questions regarding the Arts Goggle can be addressed to Carol Stanford. Members were reminded to sign up to provide refreshments for the monthly meetings.  Members may either choose to bring refreshments or contribute $10.00 for Pat Donaldson and Wendy Coleman to purchase refreshments.  Members were also asked to contribute to the drink fund to replenish Merry-Go-Round’s supply. Scott Peterson and Drew Perez-Tubens are working on an outing to SiNaCa. Phylis Vaughn gave a report on the Officers Meeting held Sunday, March 27th.  Lots of exciting programs are being planned.  Responsibilities of the Ethics Chairman were discussed.  Trudy Jauquet will report at the next meeting.  The By-Laws Reconstruction group will be meeting soon. The nomination committee is being formed to begin working on the new slate of officers for next year. Officers recommended purchase of chairs for Merry-Go-Round for use at the meetings. The recommendation was discussed and was decided that a quote should be obtained and presented at the next meeting. A charity project for the year was discussed.  A motion was made, seconded and passed to contribute to the Tarrant County Food Bank as an on-going charity each year.  The Empty Bowls charity was also discussed for 2012 to allow members wishing to contribute to plan their work now. Phylis is working on the Picture Directory.  Format will be a small notebook with each person having a full page. Deadline for changes and new submissions for the directory is by next month.
